Wayne Harrell, general manager of The Garden Center invites everyone, husbands, wives, boyfriends, girlfriends, grandmas and grandpas plus the kids to join him and his staff for the 3rd Annual Garden Center Valentine’s Day Chili Cook-Off. The staff and guests will be competing for the title and after sampling the chili concoctions. Previous entries were Red & Black Coco Chili, Black Bean Vegetarian, Turkey White Bean Chili and Tomatilla Green Pork Chili. Garden Center customers can vote for their favorite recipe. There will also be Valentine specials on all sorts of garden and landscaping plants and accessories.
